The Country Stampede is an annual 3-day outdoor music festival that takes place in Bonner Springs, Kansas. The well-respected Country Stampede is nationally known as one of the largest music festivals in the Midwest and has grown to almost 400 acres. The BIGGEST names in country music have performed on stage such as Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert, Reba McEntire, Taylor Swift, Chris Stapleton, Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line, Luke Bryan and so many more. Country Stampede won the coveted 2014 Governor’s Outstanding Tourism Event award in the State of Kansas, along with countless other awards over the years. Wild West Festival

Dates for 2025 TBA The Wild West Festival is a 4 day event centered around the 4th of July holiday, held in Hays, Kansas each year. Enjoy 3 nights of concerts, a Main Street parade, and a free fireworks show during the 4th of July weekend. The entire community comes together on Saturday for a downtown parade. Main Street will be lined in red, white and blue patrons as we celebrate our freedom in a united setting of appreciation and respect for our our country and those who serve to protect it. Businesses and Organizations throughout Hays and surrounding communities will cruise, walk and rumble down Main Street with their hot rods, horses and “hogs” adorned in stars and stripes. Children and children-at-heart will enjoy the generous treats and toys handed out by the parade entries as they make their way from 15th & Main south to 5th & Main.
