March 24-28, 2020 (Nashville, TN)
Tin Pan South Songwriter's Festival scheduled for March 24-28 in Nashville, Tennessee has been rescheduled for October 19-24.
Press Release from 3/6/2020:
"After heavy consideration, in light of the tornado this week as well as growing health concerns over the Coronavirus, we have decided to reschedule Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival to later this year, in the Summer,” said NSAI Executive Director Bart Herbison. “We feel this is the responsible decision, and it is supported by Tin Pan venues and sponsors involved in the festival. We want to thank everyone who had planned to participate in or attend the festival, and appreciate the support in rescheduling it.”
It is possible that several of the venues will move forward with the previously scheduled events, this will be decided between the venues and participants and it is likely that several events will now be modified to benefit tornado relief efforts.
For those that have purchased Tin Pan South Fast Access Passes to the festival and/or registered for the Tin Pan South Songwriting Seminar, the option to receive a refund or to transfer the passes or registration to the newly scheduled date will be available. Information has been distributed to those affected. (Refunds can be requested at firstname.lastname@example.org)"

The Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival is the highlight each year in Nashville, TN.
Music fans come from all over the world to see dozens of performances over the 5 days and to experience the songs and stories about their favorite hits straight from the incredibly talented songwriters that penned them.
Over the 5 days, 10 venues host two shows a night, bringing together over 250 songwriters for an experience like no other.
In October 1967, forty-two songwriters got together and formed the Nashville Songwriters Association, because they knew their profession needed a voice. Today, NSAI is the largest not-for-profit member trade association for songwriters in the world.
In 1993, a handful of songwriters and the staff at NSAI produced the first Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival. Now Tin Pan South embodies the spirit of the songwriting community.
